This program is designed to allow you to progress at your own pace—it’s not cohort-based. You can engage with the material and complete the course at the hours that work best for you.

While you won’t be following a set cohort schedule, you will still join a vibrant community of makers, creators, and engineers. You will have the opportunity to share ideas, learn from one another, and collaborate on projects. All course content is accessible whenever you need it, and our 1:1 co-creation expert sessions will be scheduled individually, ensuring we find a time that’s convenient for you.

When can you start? The official kick-off for the pilot program is on January 13th. While I encourage to join at this time, it is not required.

You will receive a robust level of support throughout the program, designed to ensure you can make the most of your experience. Here’s what you can expect:

• Dedicated 1:1 Space: You will have a direct communication channel with Nicola for ongoing feedback and to address any questions that arise. This space is available to you at any time during the program.
• 1:1 Co-Create Expert Sessions: You will participate in three 90-minute sessions with Nicola, where you can deep-dive into your work, co-create solutions, and integrate valuable feedback.
• Bi-Weekly Live Q&As (Optional): Join Nicola and fellow peers in an “open office hours” format, where you can ask questions, discuss any challenges, and share insights.
• Community Space: A community space allows you to share experiences, collaborate, and learn from peers as you navigate your entrepreneurial journey.

The program is intentionally structured to span 10 weeks to provide you with ample time to develop your ideas while maintaining momentum towards your launch. However, I understand that life can be unpredictable, and personal circumstances like changes in job workload, medical leave, or vacation may arise.

To accommodate these situations, I’ve built in flexibility: you will have a total of 14 weeks during which you can complete the 10-week program. This allows you to complete the content at a pace that works for you while still helping you stay on track towards your goals.

Then this program will fit you perfectly! Even if you’re working full-time, you can absolutely join. The program was designed for people with existing full-time commitments. Be it work, family or something else. 

The activities are super flexible, allowing you to engage with the material at any time that suits you. Plus, our personalised 1:1 sessions are scheduled individually, so they can easily fit into your busy life. Overall, you can expect to commit about 5 hours per week, but I understand that this will vary throughout the program.

No, you absolutely do not need technical skills to join the program. You can come from any background—what you really need is an idea.

A prototype is completely optional; we will work with your raw idea and help you turn it into a validated business concept. If you happen to have a prototype, that’s fantastic! However, consider this prototype to be a tool for testing and be open to adapt it based on real-world feedback. If you’re in love with your prototype on not ready to change, this program is not for you.

Consider this program an investment, not a cost. Idea Launch Lab is an investment in your skillset & entrepreneurial expertise. It is not a quick fix but a lasting mindset shift & growth opportunity for you. All skills learned will help you get your current and future business ideas off the ground strategically.

And by strategically validating your business idea, de-risking its path, you will very soon get a return of your investment through your own business, product or service.
